The first championship course to open to the public in Metro Detroit in over two decades, unveiled 22 June 2024 to a Raymond Hearn design. Two hundred acres drawing on the golden age of course architecture, using the land's natural contours and century-old trees for strategy as much as scenery. A 7,002-yard par 72 championship eighteen, the seven-hole Little Cardinal, and a two-acre natural grass putting course. All net profits go to humanitarian work through the Pulte Family Charitable Foundation.
