Sylvan Glen Golf Course

Sylvan Glen has been played since 1922, and it still feels like a course from that era — tree-lined, traditional, laid out in a setting where you're more apt to spot wildlife than hear traffic. Four sets of tees stretch it from about 5,000 to 6,700 yards, so it works for a first-timer or a scratch player. Certified as an Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary, with Camp Ticonderoga next to the putting green.
