Nine holes, par 31, designed by Jerry Matthews and easy to fit into an afternoon. Red Oaks is a good place to learn the game without being a pushover for anyone who already has it, and you get views out over Madison Heights as you play. Warm-up nets and a pro shop on site, plus leagues, and it's certified through Michigan's Turfgrass Environmental Stewardship Program.
